  • Ordering: Orders can be placed via the room phone or by contacting the front desk.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery time is generally 30–45 minutes from the time of ordering, depending on demand and time of day.
  • Delivery Hours: In-room dining is available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Limited overnight options may be available—please inquire at the front desk.
  • Special Requests: If you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please inform us while ordering. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

2. Shipping of Personal Items to Hotel Avadh Classio

If you need to ship personal items or important documents to our hotel prior to your arrival, please note the following details to ensure a smooth process:

  • Handling Fees: We do not charge a fee for the temporary holding of your items. However, please limit shipments to items essential for your stay.
  • Pick-Up Upon Arrival: Your package(s) will be stored securely and delivered to your room upon check-in or made available at the front desk.
  • Time Limits for Holding Items: Packages will be held for up to 7 days before your arrival. After checkout, we will hold any uncollected items for a maximum of 7 days before returning to sender or discarding if appropriate.

3. Guest Item Delivery Services

If you require delivery of items such as amenities, toiletries, or forgotten personal belongings to your room during your stay, we offer complimentary delivery service within the hotel:

  • Request Process: Contact our front desk team by dialing 0 on your room phone.
  • Delivery Time: Items are typically delivered within 15–30 minutes, depending on availability.

4. Receiving Outside Deliveries

Guests may arrange for food or other deliveries from third-party vendors. We kindly request you coordinate with the delivery provider, ensuring they know our hotel policies:

  • Security Check: All deliveries must be received at the lobby area. For security purposes, third-party delivery persons are not permitted to enter guest floors.
  • Guest Pick-Up: Our front desk will notify you upon arrival of your delivery, and you may pick up your order from the designated area in the lobby.
  • Timing: We recommend scheduling outside deliveries within the hotel’s operating hours for optimal service.

5. Lost or Misplaced Items

Hotel Avadh Classio is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of packages or items shipped to or left at the hotel. We recommend securing valuables or irreplaceable items and using tracking services when shipping items to our property.
