1. Room Booking Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by Guest:
- For cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date, a full refund will be provided.
- For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in, no refund will be provided.
- No refund will be provided for early check-outs or no-shows.
- Cancellation by Hotel:
- In the rare event that Hotel Avadh Classio must cancel a confirmed reservation, a full refund will be issued, and the guest will be notified as soon as possible. We will also assist with rebooking at an alternative hotel where available.
2. Mall and Restaurant Refunds
- Restaurant Services:
- Refunds for meals and dining services will be processed only in cases of errors in service or quality issues. Requests for refunds should be made within 24 hours of the service.
- No refund will be issued for food consumed, except in cases of valid complaints (e.g., food safety issues).
- Mall Purchases:
- Items purchased from the mall inside Hotel Avadh Classio may be eligible for refunds or exchanges based on the individual store’s policy. Please refer to the respective store’s policy or inquire directly with the mall management for details.
3. Refund Processing
- All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or refund request approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original method of payment used during booking (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Special Offers & Promotional Rates: Bookings made under special promotions or discounted rates may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly specified during the booking process.
- Third-Party Bookings: If your booking is made through third-party platforms (e.g., online travel agents), refund policies of those platforms may apply. In such cases, you should contact the respective platform for refunds and cancellations.
5. Modification of Booking
- If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates or room type), such modifications may be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refunds for modified bookings will follow the same cancellation terms as outlined above.
